Makes a complete sample school for showing ResultDesk to principals: 6 classes, 72 students, 3 teachers, Mid-Term marks complete and Final marks half entered. Students have no phone numbers, so no message can reach a real parent.

Adds English, Urdu, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, Islamiat and Sindhi with 100 marks each. Remove any you don't need.

Each parent signs in with their WhatsApp number. Brothers and sisters with the same number share one login. Passwords are shown only once, right after creating or resetting, so send or print them straight away.

Use “Download class list” to get the Excel sheet. New students are added; students already in ResultDesk (same GR number) get their empty details filled in automatically. Required for new students: GR No, Roll No, Student Name, Father Name.

Tick the classes this teacher is in charge of, and the subjects they teach.

Use the sheet from “Download Excel”. Fill the Marks column — type A for absent — then upload it here.

All classes and subjects move to the teacher you choose.

Their current duties are kept — these are added on top.
